Users can request deletion of their account and all associated personal data from the ALG Limited website or mobile applications (Android and iOS).

How to Delete Your Account

Send an email to support@alglimited.com

Use the same email address or mobile number that is registered in the app or on our website

Mention "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
What Happens After Deletion
Your account will be flagged and deactivated immediately
You will be signed out from all sessions
Further login will not be possible until manually re-enabled by our admin
All associated personal data will be reviewed for removal
We process deletion requests within 7 working days
